My samsung reverb says I am on airplane mode when I try to call out and it's not on, it also says i have no service in places I usually do.

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.
It sounds to me like you have some files that have become corrupt somewhere. I would suggest doing a factory reset and hopefully that will solve your issue. If it doesn't, please make a new post stating what you have tried, whether or not you are rooted with TWRP or CWM installed, etc.
