I have been trying to fix my cousins tablet its a really cheap tablet. Its starts up but when it does it just stays in the android screen and it keeps reloading over and over and never changes screen.

Its called a Sharperview - Sv-7
Display 7.0" TFT HD touch panel
OS - android 4.1
Capacity -4 Gb
