Help help!

Hi guys new here so hi all.

wonderd if anyone can help

I have a tab s 10.5 lte and it basically wont turn on
I put the charger in and its says 99 or 100% battery but still wont turn on, ive removed the battery connector and tried that and tried a hard reset but even that only gose as far as the menus and the back to the charging screen again. Ive even tried different charger but still nothing, do I need to replace the battery or can anyone offer any advice?

Try and see if you can "jump start" it by plugging it into the PC both with and without the battery. Don't know why, but it works sometimes for me. Good luck!
