Sorry if this has already been discussed (which i think it has) but I am quite techy but not with fones, my problem is that my Galaxy ACE turns on but stays on the samsung logo. I read somewhere to hold the power and home buttons but it doesnt do anything. is there anything i can do while hooked up to laptop??? Thanks in advance xx
 
What happens when you put the original SIM back in?

Did you insert a SIM card for different carrier? If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, AT&T for example, a T-Mobile SIM card will not be able to work.
 
Hi its an ACE GT-S5830i the fone is unlocked to any network, i had previously done the same thing on a few times with no effect. xx
