Help here map walk without voice

hi
i have installed here map , download maps to use offline and voice

for the car route planner , i can use my in ear headphones and i can hear "Voice-guided turn-by-turn"

the problem
i tried the walking options , i set a route planner , my in ear headphones ,but there is no voice "Voice-guided turn-by-turn"
i tried to turn off my display no voice "Voice-guided turn-by-turn"

is it a bug ?
i installed on my samsung s3 neo

I use Here and trying a local walking route I have no sound! Volume buttons would seem to suggest there should be voice guidance (there is driving on the same route)
Never had occasion to notice before!
On my moto g Gen 3

i guess the walking route is unless , i mean i can walk for 1 hour with the display on
