I'm not vegan and this is good.

Even vegan food is bound to have some sort of meat in it but peeps can just ignore that and think it's 💯 vegan. Anyway, I have a small bit of fat that I need to get rid of so gonna lay off eating junk off for a while but not meat.

Well, here in the US labels are required to list all ingredients in the product, so it's very easy to make sure something is vegan.

BTW, I used to eat meat...then I learned about the heinous cruelty to sentient beings in the meat industry and decided I could no longer participate in it. That was 30 years ago this August--and I've never looked back.

I can respect that Moody. I like my meat but I certainly respect anyone's decision on diet. Be health... that's what's a priority.
