How about designing an app that lets us tell the phone what type of battery we have so that the LED doesn't turn green until the battery is actually fully charged? This way if you have a stock battery or an extended battery the phone will charge until it's full and not think it's a stock 1500 battery and turn green way to soon. Not sure if it can be done, but wishing it could be.
