My phone started freezing up and closing apps so I tried a internal factory reset yesterday through Settings. When the phone booted up it was stuck on the red eye. I tried the external factory reset next by holding down the Power, Volume Up and Down Keys. I cleared cache and reset and the phone is still stuck on the red eye. What else can I do?
