I want to know how to flash my phone

You'll have to provide more information, I'm afraid.
Firstly, "flashing" is a very generic term for loading system software. So you'll have to tell us what you want to achieve so that we know what sort of flashing you want to do.
Secondly, the procedures will depend on what phone you have.
If you can post again and tell us those things, and perhaps also what network you are on (procedures sometimes depend on that), then someone should be able to point you to what you need.
