I'm not sure of how you would do this, so I've search the forums for an answer and was only able to find a thread similar to your question, with a response that said, "long press and hold" which i don't know if this answer is what you would need to address your concern.
What I would suggest to you, is to check inside your device's area of support. Choose your device model from the list on the Home Page. Hopefully someone will have the answer you seek.
