Hi to all and hopefully I will be able to learn how to root my crappy HTC Wildfire S android phone from you all. It is a nice phone besides the fact that the OS is a resource hog and it will not allow a person to install apps on the sd card. I am hoping that rooting this device will solve all these issues.

Thank you but I tried the method and I could not get java to install properly on my pc for some reason. I saw something on here about it now being possible to install apps on an sd card now and that is really all I need. If I put a 32 gb sdhc card in the phone I can install a ton of apps if I can manage to figure out how to do that. Thanks again for your response.
