Sorry that you haven't been able to find a sub-forum for your device - perhaps you will be able to get answers by posting in General Tablet Talk - Android Forums or you could find more info on it in http://androidforums.com/other-androids/

You may even like to try Archived Android Devices - Android Forums (I am not sure how long your tablet has been on the market but, usually, a device sub-forum that has no traffic will go in here).
