hi dear i have an galaxy s3 and its china company and all android apps working in this mudel i want install the andrid 4.2.2 jely bean version tell me dear what to do?

If your device is not rooted then go to "about phone" or "software updates" in your settings and look to update firmware. If the update is available for your phone then it will update to the newest version when you tap it. It will go through an update process so be patient.
If not and there is a ROM in your phones " All Things Root Section " here at AF which has the newest version of Android for your phone, you may want to consider rooting the device.
Please keep in mind that rooting your device will void its warranty.

Let me just check one thing: when you say "it's China company" do you mean that it's a Chinese copy rather than an actual Samsung S3? If so remember that Samsung software or rooting methods won't work with it.
