Hi from a new K HDx user

I'm an almost grandmother with her first tablet. I don't even have a smart phone, so this is really a brand new challenge. As computer literate as the average user, but not much beyond. Looking for help in maximizing my K HDX. Will appreciate your help. I live in North Carolina.
