Hi I am a user of Moto e4 plus phone it lock automatically lock while working or playing .

If you look in your phone's Settings >> Display >> Sleep menu, what is it currently set on? One minute? 30 minutes?
 
I take it you can't get to the settings if its a password protected lock that occurred, am I correct?
 
To me it sound like something fruity is going on with the OS and needs a factory reset.. at the very least have you tried turning your phone off and on again? :goofydroid:
