Help Hi, newbie from uk,sound problem on htc magic vodafone

Hi, just as it says on the tin. the ringer is showing the volume up high and the media is the same, its not on silent, i am lost any ideas???????

What exactly is your sound problem? Is the phone completely muted whatever you do?

HAve you tried a reset?

This is odd.

I'd suggest backing up anything you'd like to keep on the phone and then completing a master reset.

If the same thing is still happening after you have done this, it could be a fault with the speakers in which case you would need to get in touch with us to arrange a repair.
