hi newbie to site in need of help
My Kocaso M1050 Android Tablet PC Battery is not charging fully only reaching 45% would anybody be able to offer advise please thx steve
 
Could be many reasons, faulty battery, bad charger cable, I would check in your device forum and see what they say there, give them as much info as you can for them to properly trouble shoot your issue.

Unfortunately I would love to guide you to your device forum, but I am not familiar with that device, sounds like it might me a Japanese model, hopefully someone here will have a response for you
