My husband got me the Samsung Galaxy Precedent for Christmas. It is my first smart phone. The manual was kind of sparse so I am still figuring it out. I am hoping I will learn a little bit in here, I read about rooting phones somewhere and was interested but to nervous to actually try it myself yet.

There's usually a sub section there dedicating to rooting your device specifically in case you get adventurous.
