Hi everyone, my name is Dan and am a new user of this forum. I currently use a Galaxy Nexus on the Bell Canada network. The phone uses the original ICS 4.0 (I9250UGKL1 - ITL41F).
Not very savvy when it comes to the technical stuff on my phone, but am thinking of "rooting" it.

Thanks! I'll start looking around in there for information. I spoke to Bell and was told that if I "rooted" my phone and installed the new operating system, when the update comes OTA, it may screw up my data plan. I can't see how though.
