well, hi. i need this site to help me with my ZTE Score. i tried plugging it in to charge and it wouldn't charge. the wall plug in has a light on it and the light is on when its plugged in but when i connect my phone the light turns off. now normally the light stays on while charging. now my phone isn't charging. i cannot locate the reset button and cant do it in settings because my phone is dead. i've tries holding the power and down volume key down and it just brings up the ZTE logo and doesn't do anything. please help!!!
