I am using samsung tablet pc. I am facing couple of problems. Can any one help me out to sort the following

1. I am looking at a tool which should work simillar to MS office - like word and excel.
2. I am also looking at a tool simillar to MS outlook which can sync with MSoutllok.

Pls help me

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!

There are several MS Office compatible apps available for Android. You could try Quick Office or Documents to Go.

There are also apps that will allow your Android device to sync with Outlook as long as you mean Desktop Outlook clients and not an Exchange server. Exchange support is built in. Touchdown is one that comes to mind. A better solution might be for you to link your Gmail to your Outlook client and then sync will happen natively.
