Hi ,

I'm a new Atrix 2 owner and I'm getting to kow it. I will be leaning on you guys.

Right now I have a question:

When I look at my battery stats I see the following:

Cell Standby 28%
WIFI 21% ( even though it is not on)
Display 17% (I have it in a low setting)
Phone Idle 15%
Android System 13%
Androis OS 3%

I know taht the Android OS stat is normal based on a few forum threads I have read, but I'm confused by thh WIFI hogging even when not engaged.

Can anyone address this confusion?

Hello and welcome aboard. I'm not sure how your device functions, but I have WiFi on all the time and I've never seen my battery settings showing WiFi consuming any battery power. Anyway, you can checkout Motorola Atrix 2 - Android Forums to see if anyone can explain better what these percentage means.
