Hello and welcome to the forums Manoj! Thanks for joining!! 
I am not 100% on a call recorder... I think it can depend on the Kernel of your phone (the last time I looked in to it for my phone, for true 2 way recording, you had to have a custom kernel that was capable of doing it).
You may get a better answer from other users of your phone in the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V - Android Forums sub-forum (not sure how many of our members check the intros section)!
