How do I find any hidden apps or downloads on my Droid phone or google sync?
 
You can go into settings>apps and search there.

If you're rooted, using a file explorer like X-plorer or Root Explorer(can both be found on the Google Play Store), go into either System>app or Data>app

NOTE: Deleting an app from your Systems folder or Data folder might cause instability in your phone. Make sure you know what you're deleting!
