Help hidden files retrieve

Dear friends,

I have hidden a file by using extension of .(dot)file name.. its doesnt shown in the gallery.

But some times i wanted to see the same images in the gallery, so that i tried removing that (dot) extension, and i tried to look at gallery.

it doesnt shown in the gallery?

Help me to solve this issue.

After removing the .(dot) try rebooting the phone - power off and restart. I think this will re-index the thumbnails for the gallery.
