I had a problem like this a while back. It did get sorted ( using the form above I believe) but it was a somewhat difficult process. Best of luck to you getting it back, I feel your pain.

When my Google account had an attempted hack on it years ago, Google stopped it and told me about it. I'm surprised more than one of you have been hacked.
