Hide Application using SmartBar

I recently got the Verizon Samsung Fascinate. Rooted it and downloaded the SmartBar app. This SmartBar has the ability to hide an application (which apparently "disables" the application). I've been using this to hide the bloatware from my app menu. Just a couple questions:

1)
This SmartBar application apparently does not have an option that I see to unhide the apps. Does anybody have any idea how I can do this if I need to in the future?

2)
I've heard that removing/uninstalling the bloatware will cause the OTA update to fail. Is this true when "disabling" applications as well?

Thanks so much.
