Hello forum,
just got my first Android phone today. HTC Desire with Android 2.1 and the newest version of the HTC UI.
Everything is going great, but there's one thing that annoys me.
The stock messaging-application is great for sms/mms, but there's one thing I haven't been able to figure out.
If I go to the messaging app and select new message. Then I type a name in the "To" field and it searches my phonebook for matching contacts.
Only problem is that it also finds contacts that only have email adresses on them! Now I know that you can send "SMS emails" from the app, but the problem is more clutter-related.
I guess most of us gets our phonebooks pretty filled up when we sync with GMail, since it adds every single person you've ever contacted via Gmail.
Is there a way to hide all of these "email-only"-contacts?
Hope this makes sense and thanks in advance!
