Apps hide incoming call screen

Hi,

I would like to know,how we can get handler of the default incoming call screen??I need to hide this default incoming screen,which i feel manageable in windows and blackberry.Kindly help me on this issue.

Currently i have another issue..i need to mute the ringing,when i receive any call

Am almost close to it..i need help on one thing..actually when call comes it rings for a fraction of second and then it becomes mute...i dont know why it rings for a second.

can we put priority to our activity ie My activity should always come on top of all activities.Pls let me know,how to do this...Also can we control the com.android.phone activities ?

Were you able to figure out how to suppress the visual notification of the incoming call? We have a similar situation and have yet to figure it out.
