High pitched sound?

After my device plays audio if you put the top speaker to your ear you can hear a rustling sound followed by a high pitched squeaking similar to that sound a plug might make it it were faulty. I have a few speakers which act in this way so I understand it is normal but I have never known my phone to make such a sound. It does stop after about 20 seconds and is only noticeable if you put it to your ear in a quiet space. Is this normal? Thanks.

I've tried to duplicate your problem several times and I've not had any sound from either speaker after I stop the music. I was in a quiet room and I use Music Hero for my player.

Can't hurt to contact Pixel Support and see what they say.

I've had that same symptom on my S5 now and then..but no reason to throw it away..
