Highlighting "High Importance" messages in K9 email client

Is it possible to highlight "High Importance" messages in K9 email client? There is feature request for this but it is not marked as implemented.

"Regular" mail client (HTC Mail on my Droid Incredible) does this already. I hoped K9 is more feature-rich.

Be nice if Gmail was too... even on a PC you can't set "priority" (or "importance"), I seldom get mail marked, so I really don't care if it shows up in K9. If you're just talking about highlighting an existing mail, you can long press and mark it as unread, or you can "star" it. Unread shows as bold, you can show stars by turning them on in settings.
