how do you you install flash player on this tablet, i followed some instructions to down load a flash app that would work with andriod 4.2.1 but although the app is on the download page i cant run it?

Have you followed the instructions on How to Sideload Applications. That should give you instructions. Just be sure that you have checked the box to install applications from unknown sources.
Otherwise, you could try out Puffin Web Browser which has flash support.
