Hold Notifications (display notifications at intervals)

I'm frustrated with the amount of notifications on my phone. It's distracting, and most of these notifications are low priority - I don't need to check them as they happen, I can follow up on them later.

I want my notifications, I just don't want a notification every 5 minutes.

I'd like an app where I can create a list of applications, for which notifications will be withheld - not suppressed, but held for a set period of time, after which the notifications would then display all at the same time.

So, let's say I add FaceBook, SoundCloud, Twitter and NetFlix to my "hold list", and set the notification interval to two hours. Within a period of two hours, if any of these apps display a notification, those notifications will be collected and held for up to two hours, then displayed at the same time.

If I could create multiple "hold lists", that would be a nice extra.

I've tried a few notification manager apps, and none of them have this feature.

I've also tried various "distraction free" apps, but those have to be reactivated after each period of quiet.

I've also seen apps that block access to apps for a period of time and that's not what I want either - it's the notifications I find distracting.

I don't think such an app exists?
