Home page weather app

I just bought the HTC Hero and like it for the most part.

I love the large digital clock on the home page but hate the weather app (it doesn't update the screen even when I manually update, it can be several hours behind in weather reporting).

Is there a way to get the large clock without the weather part attached?

Long press on the clock widget and it will bring up a menu. Select HTC widget then clock. There are 12 different options for clocks there.... just choose the clock that suits you best

I did go to the clock widget menu though. There is not option for the large digital clock with no weather.
