Help Home screen after call hangup?

Is there a way to make Razr HD go to home screen when I hit the red call hangup bar? Apparently the old OS did that but not this one. My phone auto updated just one week after I bought it so not much experience w/ the old OS.

I use On Call End from the Google Play Store

On Call End does not seem to work on my RMHD. Not sure what the problem is.

Have you set the app settings? You may want to clear the App's data and redo the settings.

I use Dialer One and it has the capability to go to home screen at call end. Additionally it also basically replaces the "People" app because you can use Dialer One to display contacts.
