Home Screen Apps the same

I'm new to android having bought an S20+ Galaxy and love it. However could anyone help with my home screen problem?
How do I restore my App icons back to normal i.e. Met Office shows only the purple Samsung Internet icon, met office opens ok but I don't know which ones which? About 10 the same, all open OK its just they're all the same purple samsung icon, what have I done?
Please guide me to restore my home screen.
Any help most welcome

You could try to clear the data and cache for your launcher app (OneUI Home?, Im not sure I dont own a Samsung device) and also reboot your device may helps.
