Do you mean that you don't want the phone to go to sleep? If this is the case then I must mention that this will take a heavy toll on the battery.. you could end up having your phone on the charger several times per day.
 
If you mean unlocked (no PIN/pattern needed) then you can set up the Smart Lock for your location.

Settings/Security/Smart Lock

I do use my location and it mostly works, sometimes it forgets I'm home but not often.
