How do I change the transitions effects ?

I have the Note 4 on contract, and I was following sites on how to change the transitions. I go settings, and device, but my device has different options.

I have

Sound
Display and Wallpaper
Lock Screen
Multi-Window
Notification panel
S Pen
Motions and gestures

Press and hold your home screen, till you will be given 3 buttons with options:
Wallpaper, Widgets and Home Screen Settings.

You will find Transition Effects in the Home Screen Settings

I see. I saw Home Screen on Device on some videos, but not on my version
