Home Security Video Export Note 2 to Note 5

I just moved to a Note 5 from a Note 2 (verizon). My problem is that with my qsee home security app on my Note 2 I was able to copy a video from the security camera within the app. Within the app I was able to convert that video and it was stored in a Mp4 file on the Note 2. I was then able to export the video via text or email...

On the new note 5 using the same qsee security app there is no way to convert the video that I can see and no Mp4 file? So I don't have any way to export security videos from the Note 5.

Any thoughts?

Dealing with Qsee support is difficult to say the least. I just thought being that I am using the same app for both phones it was something in the configuration of the phone and not the app. Plus the Note 2 in my files has a file for Mp4 and the Note 5 does not?

I will keep banging away at it..
