Anyone know if there's a webcam app that'll take a photo if there is any movement and then send these photos as emails.

Or have the photos or video saved to a Dropbox account where they can be accessed.

Not Dropbox, but see if Alfred does what you want.

I'm not suggesting against using a spare phone as a security webcam, and that Alfred app certainly looks like it will take care of what you were asking for but just as an alternative, you can buy a webcam for around $50 that has WiFi connectivity, allows you remote control to tilt and pan, allows you to set different sensitivity levels, and what I see as its most notable feature, includes infrared LEDs so it can sense and take photos in dark rooms.
