Usually, the company that sells the camera also produces an app. You install the app, which walks you through connecting the camera to your WiFi. From there, the videos show in the app.

Thank you for your response. I have the camera plugged in and is connected to my WiFi Router. From there I view the camera on my computer. I was wondering how can I connect my android when away from the home?

If you view on your computer, do you go to a web address in a browser? When you do, are you on the same WiFi network? There are ways to make this available outside your home, but be careful that you don't expose the camera to the world.

Thank you. I view the camera's view by clicking on the icon that was installed when the S/W was installed. Yes I will be careful - thanks.

So this camera, you have to install and use its software on the computer, rather than just pointing a web browser at an IP address? So it's probably proprietary.

Check with the camera manufacturer, if they have an Android app to use with their products. Sometimes the documentation states what they support, and may have things like Google Play Store and Apple iOS Store URLs.
