Help Home Sharing to Android

I'm looking to be able to share videos to my S5, and/or Samsung Tab 2 from my computer. It's there an app that will allow that? Right now I share videos from the computer to my Smart TV or PS3 using PS3 Media Server on my Computer and it works great. Any help would be much appreciated.

Plex will do that - or if you don't mind doing it by hand, you can get that with a file browser like X-plore.
