Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently updated my phone to Android 7, however, now very time I turn my phone off and on again or restart it, lots of the app icons are gone from the home screen. Please could you tell me how I stop this happening and when this issue will be resolved for good. Kind Regards

No, just from the home screen.

After rebooting, go to your app drawer and long press the icons to your home screen.
Then reboot.
Any changes?

I can add them to the home screen again, but I have to do so after every restart.

That's not good.
Have you done a clear cache or factory reset?

I have had to start using the Nova Launcher.
