HomTom HT50

HELLO EVERYONE
I BOUGHT THAT HOMTOM HT50 5.5" SMARTPHONE BUT THE MIDDLE HORIZONTAL SCREEN ISN'T RESPONDING TO ANYTHING, EVEN TO THE APPS WHICH CAN BE STOCKED THERE AND NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING, TO ANY TOUCH, PART OF THE SCREEN IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?
WARMEST REGARDS.

A dead patch on the touchscreen may well be a hardware problem, in which case the only solution is to get it repaired or replaced. If you have recently bought it I'd just return it, since you have a right to expect that goods will work as advertised.

There's an outside chance it's software, though I think it unlikely. You could try running in safe mode, factory reset or reflashing the system (if the HomTom software and flashing tools are available - must be for your exact model). I don't think there's anything else you can do yourself. But I expect it's a hardware fault.

THANK YOU SO MUCH AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I'LL TRY TO CONTACT THE SELLER AND SEND THE PHONE BACK.
