HON MAIL

Got new E&l W7 phone. It has HON MAIL. Anyone can tell me what this is as can not find it on web.

Finding information about the phone is everywhere but there is no customer support 800 number or nothing nowhere, maybe it's something in your owners manual because I can't even find a online manual for that device anywhere. Nor can I find a support site for that device. it's like that device drop out the sky from nowhere.

Dropped out of the sky from China, have not a phone issue, its just this HON MAIL keeps reappearing. Nothing in manual about it. WHAT IS HON MAIL?. Anybody else came across it?.
