Honeycomb on Revue

Does the Revue have a manufacturer's layer over top of the Android OS like Sense and Motoblur?

I'm hearing about how the Revue will be getting Honeycomb in the next month or two, but I'm baffled by that. Without the carriers slowing things down, like on phones, why hasn't this update rolled MUCH sooner?

I haven't heard what version of Honeycomb it is getting, but since I'm not seeing any number I assume there isn't any version of Honeycomb on there. It was released back in Feb 2011. Is Logitech slowing it down?

The GoogleTV boxes use a different processor and a different form factor then any android phone, so it wasn't as simple as just pushing the update.

There are no custom layers on top of it (right now anyway and hopefully not ever), but the vendors have slightly different apps packaged with it. The one I can think of off the top of my head is the media player.
