Honor Vs Samsung Which Smartphone should I buy?

I am going to buy a new latest smartphone, which has the best specification and comes with the latest technologies.
I am looking for recommendations to choose from Honor View 20 or Samsung Note 9, Which one is better and should I buy?

Samsung for long term of software support and updates.

Right now, with the google/Huawei situation.. I don't think i could recommend anyone buying an honor now...
(which is a shame.. as i did kind of like them)
