hookup to car radio

I have a HTC Hero and i would like to hook it up so that i can listen to the mp3 player on the radio in my car. if anyone can telll me what to buy to do this id appriecieate the help. thank you very much

Well we can't help you until you give us some details about your car. What kind of car? What year? What kind of stereo is it? Does it have a usb port? Does it have an aux (headphone) port? Does it have a cassette deck?

Like sitlet says you'll need to give more info about your set up. You have 3 choices:

1) Get a radio that is compatible, you'll need a connection lead (see 2)
2) Get a connection lead from your phone to the radio
3) In getting a radio get a bluetooth enabled one. Good clarity music transfer and handsfree!
