Dock beep removal..the sound when charger is connected.
Boo to LG, other LG models + Samsung have setting for this.

The opposite:
Loud beep or alarm when unplugged...nice extra safeguard when charging in public.

I'd like to be able to write to MY external SD card!!! Security is getting a little over the top these days. They should put responsibility back on the user to not mess up their phone while giving them ability to write their external SD card. If nothing else, at least have a checkbox in the system settings (with a huge disclaimer I'm sure) that you can check to unlock your external SD to be used as you want. Seems with every Android update they restrict/break things more and more. Eventually they will have it so locked down it will be like owning an Apple device.

I thought this was added back in Lollipop?
I tested several cards but have not kept a permanent one inserted.
I'll try one when I get home...
or maybe I'm missing something of what you're saying...

They added the ability for 3rd party apps to be able to write to SD. Not sure how difficult it is though because you don't seem to see anyone doing it that I am aware of, but it has to have specific code just to be able to get past the security to do it.

I think I saw on xda folks reporting success on lollipop with the old KitKat workaround...

Edit never mind, spotty results for all fixes.
