Horribly out of sync SMS/MMS

Whenever I receive texts they are either horribly delayed or I receive duplicates, even triplicates.

MMS absolutely will NOT send over wifi, which I'm forced to use since I'm in Metro's "extended home area" - meaning I get talk and (awful) text, NO 4G, and 1x that is SO painfully slow I can't even browse with it, at all.

Anyone else have this issue? Suggestions?

Yeah I had this happen to me a lot a while ago. I just put up with it and it got better. I don't have any suggestions sorry :'(

I just put up with and now I don't have that issue anymore. Maybe metro's towers were updated near me. I also was never in extended home area
